Average Income
Our owner-operators are currently averaging $2,571.73 with a range from $1,747.13 to $3,097.99 gross per week. As a lease purchase driver, you will earn 71% of the gross. Normal down payment is 20% of the purchase price.
Initially, most lease purchase drivers elect to start with very little down payment. In these cases we arrange for the driver to have a percentage pay that is similar to a company driver's income. The rest of the money pays the truck bills and the truck downpayment. Once a lease purchase driver has accomplished building the downpayment he is paid like any owner-operator who started with full down payment.
ALL of our drivers are looked upon and treated as though they are TEAM PLAYERS! We therefore expect their cooperation with fellow employees, and that they present our company as such. This includes wearing a clean and proper company uniform!
